Dates: December 10-18th, 2005

For over ten years, AICH has hosted a Native American Indian Market in the Gallery, featuring Native artists/vendors from across the country and sometimes vendors from Mexico and South America. Items for sale include a wide variety of jewelry, stone and wood sculpture, pottery, leatherwork, beadwork, and many other fine handmade gift items. The AICH Indian Market is an exceptional opportunity to buy Native-made gifts directly from the artists.

The Giftshop also features a wide assortment of gifts, including jewelry, notecards, postcards, address books, calendars, t-shirts, pottery, indigenous music (CDs and cassettes), basketry, beadwork, and children's books.

The market, held each December, typically lasts 8 - 9 days during which the Gallery is open extended hours, from 12 - 8pm.

Daily raffles and demonstrations are also offered.

New vendors are welcomed each year although we are pleased to have several returning vendors primarily from the Southwest and Northeast.

Vendors are responsible for their own accommodations and transportation. AICH will provide coffee, tea, and snacks each day. AICH offers a free lunch program for all participants Monday through Friday.
